Although Charles became well-versed in design, he needed a way to ramp up production. He needed to be done with quality that met his expectations. In the 90s, the best silver makers and quality of silver were coming straight out of Taxco, Mexico. A person could find world-renowned silver jewelers and artisans to produce the kind of quality Charles was seeking.
To step himself apart from the other designers, he put a few simple business practices into place.
